LITTLE MUSTARD SALMON IN FOIL:
2 pound of salmon, boneless and skinless
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
HOMEY MUSTARD SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup honey
4 garlic cloves, peeled and ground
2 tbspwith fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
ARE SALMON MUSTARD IN FOIL:
- Preheat the oven to 375 ° F. Or heat the grill over medium heat.
- Prepare your honey mustard sauce according to the instructions below.
- Line up a large baking sheet with a large sheet of aluminum foil. Coat the foil with cooking spray and then place salmon in the middle of the foil.
- Put the honey mustard sauce on top of the salmon and distribute it evenly over the top of the salmon.
- Fold the aluminum foil pages up and over the top of the salmon until it is completely closed. (If your sheet of paper is not large enough, just place another sheet of film on top and fold the edges together to form a sealed package.)
- To cook in the oven: Bake for 14-15 minutes, or until the salmon is almost fully cooked. (Cooking time will depend on the thickness of your salmon, so I recommend checking it a few minutes early if you have a thinner slice of salmon.) Remove the salmon from the oven and carefully open and pull the aluminum foil back so that the top of the fish is fully exposed. (Be careful, lots of hot steam will be released!) Change the oven setting to baking, then return the fish to the oven and bake for 2-3 minutes. (But watch out for salmon while baking to make sure the sauce is not baked.)
- How to cook on the grill: Carefully transfer the salmon packet to the grill and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the salmon is almost cooked through. (Cooking time will depend on the thickness of your salmon, so I recommend checking it a few minutes early if you have a thinner slice of salmon.) Carefully open and pull the aluminum foil back so that the top of the fish is fully exposed. (Be careful, plenty of hot steam will be released!) Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
- Remove salmon from oven or grill. Top the salmon evenly with parsley and serve immediately.
THAT WE ARE MEN MEETING:
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until combined.
NOTES
If you really like mustard, feel free to increase the amount of mustard to 1/2 cup and / or reduce it a little on honey.
