Put zucchini and apple slices in the pan.
Whisk together the olive oil and maple syrup or maple flavor. Drain them with pumpkin filling and apple slices.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until the zucchini softens. Stir every 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with sea salt and sprinkle with candied nuts on top.
