The garlic shrimp recipe - easy to make and takes a little time - is great for days when the hour is full of sports. One food that absolutely everyone loves is shrimp. My kids are honestly picky about fish and seafood, so shrimp are often our go-to - so we have them at least once every two weeks.







Shrimp garlic shrimp is very easy to make and it takes a little while. This is how it fits even when the hour is full of activity. just make sure you thaw and dry the shrimp before you can do it in minutes.

ingredients



  • 8 oz pasta, I used angel hair

  • Pre-cooked shrimp thawed and peel if necessary

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 slices of minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons basil or parsley, chopped

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • salt / pepper, to taste


instructions



  1. Cook the pasta as instructed in the box. It is best left to him al dente.

  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter over medium / high heat. Add shrimp and garlic, cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Add the lemon juice and finish cooking the shrimp until they turn pink, which will take about 2 minutes.

  3. Once the pasta is cooked and drained, add it to a serving bowl. Stir in the olive oil, stirring it gently to coat {More olive oil may be needed}.

  4. Add parmesan.

  5. Pour the prawns over the pasta and toss once more.

  6. Garnish with basil or parsley and serve immediately.
